The City Hall event, organized by City Councilor Kateri B. Walsh (at microphone, center), was sponsored by the Springfield Women's Commission and featured a performance by third, fourth, and fifth grade students from Frank H. Freedmen School. Their principal, Dr. Gloria Williams (Rear, third from the right), served as honorary chairperson for the event.
