Mayor Charles V. Ryan, Control Board Executive Stephen Lisauskas, Springfield Chief Information Officer Thomas Collins and other city authorities will hold a press conference on Tuesday, Oct. 23 at 10 a.m. at City Hall in the Mayor’s Office.

During the press conference, officials will announce the City’s adoption of a new service that will improve emergency preparedness and provide a method for the City to communicate instantly with residents and business owners.
