Springfield – The City of Springfield, in partnership with the UMass Donahue Institute, will be announcing the findings of a federally mandated assessment and study establishing priorities for the expenditure of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for economic development in Springfield’s low and moderate income neighborhoods.
Mayor Domenic J. Sarno, David Panagore, the Finance Control Board’s Chief Development Officer and Dr. Michael Goodman, Ph.D., from the Donahue Institute will spearhead the meeting.
The event will take place at the following: Greek Cultural Center
