When will my bill be adjusted?

If the city verifies the information and processes the adjustment, you will receive the credit for exemptions and incorrect billing data retroactively.  If the City adjusted your bill, e.g. to correct the number of City-issued trash containers, your next bill issued will reflect such change.  You will be able to apply any previous payments with interest to the new balance.
