For properties that did not pay the trash fee, enforcement measures include the reclamation of City-issued trash bins, stoppage of curbside solid waste collection service, or both.
Properties that have been enforced will not have curbside solid waste collection service restored until all outstanding trash fee invoices have been paid in full.
Enforced properties will not receive City solid waste collection of household solid waste, even if property owners purchase City-approved overflow bags, until all outstanding trash fee invoices have been paid in full.
