My payment did not show on the bill.

If made on time, your payment should be reflected on the following trash fee bill. On the first bill in FY 08, it will show as a credit, which you can either request as a refund or apply toward the FY 08 balance.  Please inform the Collector’s office, and attach a proof of your payment, if you believe that the city failed to apply your payment correctly.   Collector can be reached by telephone at (413) 787-6115.
