Located in the Memorial Square neighborhood, Jaime Ulloa Park is a 3.4 acre parcel serving both active and passive recreational needs.  The former ball field was in disrepair and unable to support league games.  This project upgraded the ball field for both baseball and slow-pitch softball, complete with new players benches, backstop, trash receptacles, drinking fountain, and security lighting. 

Picnic tables at the splash pad, new domino table tops, additional fitness equipment, and renovated basketball courts completed the park upgrades.
