(Wednesday, November 07, 2007) - Mayor Charles V. Ryan would like to make known his commitment to cooperate with Mayor-Elect Domenic Sarno in order to assure as orderly a transition as possible between the two Administrations.

Mayor Ryan has congratulated Sarno on his victory and had hoped to meet with Sarno this morning. However, Ryan’s staff was unsuccessful in making contact with Sarno, despite repeated telephone calls and to his cell phone, home and workplace.

A letter from Mayor Ryan stating the aforementioned information was faxed and mailed to Mayor-Elect Sarno this afternoon.
