WHAT: A press conference announcing a new high-speed system for the City of Springfield. The state-of-the-art communication network uses the latest technology to provide new crime fighting tools for Springfield police.  Though public safety will take top priority, the system will also have a major, positive impact on the daily operations of several City departments, greatly increasing efficiency and enhancing the process of instant data transmission.
