My payment did not show on the bill.

If made on time, your payment should be reflected on the following trash fee bill.  Please inform the Collector’s office, and attach a proof of your payment, if you believe that the city failed to apply your payment correctly.   Collector can be reached by telephone at (413) 787-6115.
