November 9 Auction Takes in $889,386

The City of Springfield, in conjunction with Daniel J. Flynn & Co. of Quincy,  auctioned off forty-seven (47) properties in tax-title possession on Tuesday, November 9, 2010, raising $889,536.57 for the City.

June 8 Auction Raises Over $253K

January 19 City Auction Raises $648,600

Springfield's first 2010 auction of properties in Tax Title raised $648,600 while putting 31 parcels back on the tax rolls. Mayor Domenic J. Sarno has stated that “Getting these properties back on the tax rolls is a huge benefit to the City. More importantly, when these residences are rehabbed it has a tremendous impact on the abutting property owners’ quality of life and adds to the overall aesthetics of our City’s neighborhoods.” Auction Results >>
