Thomas B. Collins

Chief Information Officer, 2005-Present

Mr. Collins has over 25 years experience in all areas of information technology management in the private sector.  He has implemented a global ERP system at 28 locations in ten countries worldwide. Prior to working for the City of Springfield he was the Executive Director and CIO for the State of Rhode Island.  Mr. Collins holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.  He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kansas.
