Graffitti Cleanup

The city council has determined that graffiti is a public nuisance and destructive of the rights and values of property owners as well as the entire community.

Unless action is taken to remove it, graffiti quickly spreads and entire neighborhoods are soon affected by this menace.  The City Council therefore has enacted an ordinance to prevent the spread of graffiti.  (Chapter 8.32)
