Located in the Memorial Square neighborhood, Jaime Ulloa Park is a 3.4 acre parcel serving both active and passive recreational needs.  The existing ball field is in disrepair and unable to support league games.  This project will upgrade the ball field for both baseball and slow-pitch softball, complete with new players benches, backstop, trash receptacles, drinking fountain, and security lighting.
