Description:  Nuvo Bank & Trust Company, a new bank that was recently organized in Springfield, is now open in Tower Square, 1500 Main St.  The bank, which is the first local start-up bank in Springfield in 20 years, is leasing approximately 10,000 square feet of office space on the ground floor of Tower Square where BayBank was once headquartered.  The space will include the main branch, corporate offices, and community meeting rooms.
