Request for Proposals
The City of Springfield’s Office of Community Development and Office of Planning and Economic Development will be utilizing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for programming under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and the Community Development Block Grant Recovery (CDBG-R) Program. The deadline for proposal submission is July 9, 2009 at 12:00pm (noon). Download info here:
Springfield Announces Findings for Community Development Block Grant
The City of Springfield, in partnership with the UMass Donahue Institute, has announced the findings of a federally mandated assessment and study establishing priorities for the expenditure of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for economic development in Springfield’s low and moderate income neighborhoods.
