Application form for proposed work in a Local Historic District

Applications must be returned to the Planning Department for review by the Springfield Historical Commission. The Commission meets regularly on the first and third Thursday of each month, usually in City Hall Room 220.

If proposing work on a property that is located in a National Historic District or a property that requires Commission review, please contact Commission staff for the appropriate application and other materials.
