Description:
The project calls for the resurfacing of Main Street, from the “Arch” to the Chicopee city line as well as Birnie Avenue in Brightwood. The scope of work will also include drainage work, curbing, sidewalk repair or replacement, and the installation of decorative lighting fixtures.
