South End Neighborhood Vision and Goals

The Vision and Goals document is the result of South End Neighborhood resident's input about their desired changes and improvements for their neighborhood, especially future developments on City owned land. When complete, this document will be the guide for the Request for Proposals for the former Gemini Site.

Please take some to review and comment on the Vision and Goals document. The Planning Department will be working with the South End Neighborhood Council to revise and finalize this document so it can be used to guide City actions in the South End neighborhood.

Workshop #1 Results

At the first Visioning Workshop, residents, business owners, and local officials collaborated to answer a set of questions. These questions were directed at creating a vision for the redevelopment of Main/Morris/Central Street Project Area (See Map).
