Description:
Walnut Street is a main artery off of State Street. The City under funding from the Massachusetts Highway Department and Chapter 90 Funds re-paved Walnut Street from Union to Hickory Streets. In addition to the re-paving, the project entailed the installation of new decorative lighting, repair and or replacement of sidewalks including the adding of a colored concrete band and new street signs.
