Below is the final approved Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for those interested in serving as the Compliance Evaluator to the City and Springfield Police Department, to assess and report on implementation of the Settlement Agreement between the City, the Springfield Police Department, and the Department of Justice (DOJ), and approved by the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
