The link to the survey is: and residents can access it by going to the city’s website home page. In addition, a series of listening sessions will be taking place in the coming weeks for residents to tell the city about the barriers to fair housing they might have encountered.

The Pioneer Valley Planning Commission has been hired by the city of Springfield to update the city’s Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing (AI), and engaging residents in the development of the AI is a primary concern both for the city and for the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
