City of Springfield Releases Draft Substantial Amendment to the City's CDBG 2019-2020 Action Plan

The City of Springfield is releasing the attached DRAFT substantial amendment to the City of Springfield’s CDBG 2019-2020 Action Plan. The substantial amendment will increase funding for the Business Support Program utilizing $500,000 of carryover CDBG funding. A virtual public hearing will be held on Friday, April 3, 2020 at 1:00 pm via Facebook live on the City of Springfield, Office of Communications Facebook page.

Public comments regarding the substantial amendment may be submitted from April 2, 2020 through April 6, 2020 in the following ways:
